what we did:1. Strategy development The customer independently launched advertising on the audience: -Women 25-55 are interested in fashion -Women 25-55 are interested in beauty. However, this audience turned out to be too wide and ineffective. No one was engaged in advertising optimization by trusting Facebook algorithms. During the test period, we started working with the most popular brand in sales. The traffic was conducted in the test mode for the main, catalog and product card, the traffic to the catalog turned out to be the most effective. Direct advertising on facebook did not give the desired results for two months. Therefore, for the basis of new companies, we chose look-a-like audiences from the pixel, which became the main audience for advertising. Gradually narrowing the audience, the cost of the sale fell. 2. Working with creatives Static banners, ring banners, videos and animations were tested to determine the most effective format. Thanks to a large number of photos and videos in high quality, we were able to regularly update the visuals and refresh advertising campaigns. We also tested the approach using the most native creatives — just photos or videos of things. This approach worked well with video reviews, in which the video is without design and plates (with the exception of information about the discount).
